Flexographic
Printing in up to eight colours can be achieved to transform
protective packaging into a powerful marketing tool.
Photo-polymer plates contacted with your artwork are wrapped around print cylinders to transform your design into a finished product.
Gravure
A more expensive option to flexographic, whereby the cylinders are laser engraved to create greater print definition.
A downside is the high cost of originations but photographic quality can be achieved.
Hot Foil
Hot foil is conducted in-line, as the bags are being manufactured. This enables small economic quantities, with a
high perceived value, to be manufactured quickly and cost-effectively. The process can be used in isolation, or
to overprint with a metallic foil to improve the visual impact and further enhance the appeal of the design.
Digital - New Development
Our latest investment is to offer clients the opportunity to overprint a generic design, in a single colour,
with variable information. This could substantially reduce the need to over label packaging. i.e. Barcodes
and sizing information etc. S, M, L, XL. |
